How do I cancel my subscription?

Sign in, open Pricing from your dashboard, and tap “Manage subscription”. That opens the Stripe customer portal where you can cancel, change tiers, or update your payment method.

What is /safety?

Type /safety in any session to immediately stop the current scene. The DM steps back; you decide what happens next. See the Rulebook for the full explanation.

How do I report something a player or another user did?

Use the form below and pick “Abuse, safety, or content concern” as the category. Include the campaign name and (if you can) the date so we can find the session in the audit log.

How do I delete my account?

Use the form below — pick “Other” and ask for account deletion. We process within 24 hours; full deletion (including data) typically completes the same day. A self-service delete button lands in a future release.

Describe what happened. If it’s a bug, include the campaign name and what you were doing when it broke. (10 to 4000 characters)
